Items over 50 lbs. must be within 100 miles of our warehouse in Chico, CA.

Heavier Items / Outside 100 Miles: For items beyond this range, please contact us before purchasing for an LTL freight quote. Last year, we took a significant hit trying to offer free shipping across the U.S., so we appreciate your understanding as we refine our process to better serve you.

Shipping Method via LTL Freight:

All items are shipped on a pallet via semi-truck with lift-gate and insurance included (LTL freight).
Please note: Delivery is curbside only. The driver will deliver your order to your curb and will not assist with moving it inside.

For a more seamless experience, we offer a white glove delivery service for an additional fee. This includes:

Inside delivery to your desired location.
Unpacking and setup of your furniture.
Removal of all packaging materials.

Amy was a great communicator. There was minor damage in shipping that was easily fixed. Amy offered compensation but our finish carpenter was able to fix the trim in just a few minutes. It's a lovely, unique piece.

I am very happy with my purchase! The quality exceeded the photos and Amy proactively communicated a minor delay in shipping due to the carrier.

We are in love! Our hall tree had enough protection to ship it across the ocean. They even wrapped it in a moving blanket! It arrived like it came off a showroom floor with zero warping, damage, or scratches. The quality of products used are exceptional. A combo of the highest grade A cabinet level with authentic, wood-grain veneer and trimmed everywhere with dark walnut. I actually prefer this to solid wood because it’s more sustainable for the environment but doesn’t compromise on quality or durability. The workmanship is exceptional. Every joint is solid. Putting the two pieces together was easy and sturdily designed. The two pieces join together easily as one strong unit that will last for generations. They took my dimensions and made a custom piece. All my questions were answered with great customer service. A+++
