Shipping Details:
- Free Shipping: Free shipping applies to orders within 100 miles of our warehouse in Chico, CA.
- Outside 100 Miles: For locations beyond this range, please contact us before purchasing for an LTL freight quote. Last year, we took a significant hit trying to offer free shipping across the U.S., so we appreciate your understanding as we refine our process to better serve you.
Shipping Method:
- All items are shipped on a pallet via semi-truck with lift-gate and insurance included (LTL freight).
- Please note: Delivery is curbside only. The driver will deliver your order to your curb and will not assist with moving it inside.
White Glove Delivery Service:
For a more seamless experience, we offer a white glove delivery service for an additional fee. This includes:
- Inside delivery to your desired location.
- Unpacking and setup of your furniture.
- Removal of all packaging materials.
