• Free Shipping: Free shipping applies to orders:

1. Less than 50 lbs. or
2. Items over 50 lbs. must be within 100 miles of our warehouse in Chico, CA.

• Heavier Items / Outside 100 Miles: For items beyond this range, please contact us before purchasing for an LTL freight quote. Last year, we took a significant hit trying to offer free shipping across the U.S., so we appreciate your understanding as we refine our process to better serve you.

Shipping Method via LTL Freight:

• All items are shipped on a pallet via semi-truck with lift-gate and insurance included (LTL freight).
• Please note: Delivery is curbside only. The driver will deliver your order to your curb and will not assist with moving it inside.

White Glove Delivery Service:
For a more seamless experience, we offer a white glove delivery service for an additional fee. This includes:

• Inside delivery to your desired location.
• Unpacking and setup of your furniture.
• Removal of all packaging materials.
