- Free Shipping: Free shipping applies to orders within 100 miles of our warehouse in Chico, CA.
- Outside 100 Miles: For locations beyond this range, please contact us before purchasing for an LTL freight quote. Last year, we took a significant hit trying to offer free shipping across the U.S., so we appreciate your understanding as we refine our process to better serve you.
Shipping Method:
- All items are shipped on a pallet via semi-truck with lift-gate and insurance included (LTL freight).
- Please note: Delivery is curbside only. The driver will deliver your order to your curb and will not assist with moving it inside.
White Glove Delivery Service:
For a more seamless experience, we offer a white glove delivery service for an additional fee. This includes:
- Inside delivery to your desired location.
- Unpacking and setup of your furniture.
- Removal of all packaging materials.

Great coat rack, easy and fast to install. Very sturdy, the white with black hooks looks good with my white walls. It's easy to place two screws 16" apart and mount this with a level. I was able to place one of the screws into a 2x4 for a more secure placement. I definitely needed more coat racks in my basement and this will work wonderfully!
I really like the wood look, and this rack mounting is set to be attached to standard 16" spaced studs. This is really a benefit, as eventually someone will try to pull a jacket off the rack, while it is still attached, and drywall (with most wall anchors) just can't handle that much force. Installation was fairly simple, but the tolerance in screw spacing is minimal, so be sure to measure carefully.
