- Less than 50 lbs. or
- Items over 50 lbs. must be within 100 miles of our warehouse in Chico, CA.
- Heavier Items / Outside 100 Miles: For items beyond this range, please contact us before purchasing for an LTL freight quote. Last year, we took a significant hit trying to offer free shipping across the U.S., so we appreciate your understanding as we refine our process to better serve you.
Shipping Method via LTL Freight:
- All items are shipped on a pallet via semi-truck with lift-gate and insurance included (LTL freight).
- Please note: Delivery is curbside only. The driver will deliver your order to your curb and will not assist with moving it inside.
White Glove Delivery Service:
For a more seamless experience, we offer a white glove delivery service for an additional fee. This includes:
- Inside delivery to your desired location.
- Unpacking and setup of your furniture.
- Removal of all packaging materials.

PROS: This is a nice coat rack and mount. We placed it over the shoe bench so folk scan come in and take their coat off and put their shoes on and vice versa. We have a bench that is about 42 inches long, and so this unit sits above it and is the perfect size so that it looks like they go together!Well made, easy to install, easy directions, and is exactly as is pictured.CONS: I always want there to be one extra set of screws and anchors - if you want to move this once or if your wife doesn't like where you put it - help a brother out and make it easy on us. No stars removed for the unit. One star removed for the wife, maybe, shhhh don't tell her I said that. I gotta move this up 6 inches higher as it sits too low just like she said it would. Gotta find the Spackle and the paint we saved when we painted these walls. Just put extra anchors and screws please.
